Assistant Manager/ Manager (Outsourcing Services Department)

Location: Shanghai, China

Job Responsibility:

  1. Report to team manager of accounting outsourcing service department;
  2. Review and supervise monthly bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax calculation and filing;
  3. Communicate and coordinate with clients on above monthly accounting service-related issues;
  4. Ensure that the accounting and finance processes are effective, concise, and efficient with adequate internal control in place to support daily operations;
  5. Review and optimize current financial related policies and processes for the purpose of efficiency improvement and risk control;
  6. Assist in developing business processes in related to accounting, financial and taxation. Ensure completeness and sound efficiency of financial accounting procedures i.e., cashier, cash collection and payment processing;
  7. Advise management on potential tax compliance issues.

Requirements:

  1. Degree holders with a minimum of 6 year’s relevant accounting experience, preferable gained from international and sizable foreign investment enterprises and joint ventures;
  2. CICPA or other recognized professional accounting qualification preferred;
  3. Good knowledge of Yongyou (Ufida) system preferred;
  4. Strong analytical, presentation and report writing skills;
  5. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  6. Experienced in team management.
