LehmanBrown has put a lot of its resources towards creating a training scheme. This investment has meant that LehmanBrown now has one of the best available accountancy training scheme in China.

Access to real clients

Real responsibility is given to our graduates early on as we want you to be able to start building your experience as soon as possible. Alongside your training you will be working with client on projects. This gives you invaluable face-to-face experience as well as theoretical study.

We recognise all our people are superstars and love the challenging work we offer here. However, everyone needs a helping hand at some point in their development. Supporting each other is vitally important to our business, so much so that we have incorporated the idea into our values. In practice, this means assigning new staff withan experienced mentor. The mentoring system is designed to allow new staff access to a person that will support and coach themthroughout their training.

LehmanBrown has many forms of feedback including the community intranet which is available to all staff. The mixture of human and technological support ensures that staff have the resources and coaching to reach their full potential.
