Russell Brown OBE, the managing partner of LehmanBrown International Accountants, has been quoted in the article “Capital Outflows” in FOCUS magazine, the spring edition.

The article addresses the new changes of regulations on China’s overseas withdrawals, the effects of China’s capital controls to individuals, businesses and industries, and the importance of keeping within the boundaries. Talking about the increased attention on China’s capital controls to individuals, Russell has commented that, “we have not observed massive changes in the regulations, though SAFE and the government have indeed become stricter in approving overseas withdrawals”.
