LehmanBrown’s 2017 Internal Christmas Celebrations

Christmas Forum

On 12th December, LehmanBrown’s internal Christmas Forum was held in Capital Club, Beijing, as a way of employee gathering to celebrate Christmas and the New Year. In the forum, Ms. Grace Zhang from the HR department first gave us a small training session on communication skills. Then, two of our partners, Russell Brown OBE and Dickson Leung, had given speeches on LehmanBrown’s developmental goals and disciplines for the upcoming year and the importance of customer services.

After the speeches, the employees got to enjoy the traditional Christmas Mince Pie and Sherry Wine, along with gingerbread man decorating activities and a time to communicate and have fun with each other.

Secret Santa

On 20th December, another Christmas event, Secret Santa gift giving, was carried out in LehmanBrown’s Beijing office. Weeks prior the event, all the employees had randomly drawn one of the colleagues’ names from a raffle box, and they were asked to prepare a small Christmas gift for that colleague and place the present under the Christmas tree in the office. On the day, our Marketing team prepared snacks and drinks in the office with chill Christmas music. And employees got to give their prepared gifts to their colleagues and enjoy the Christmassy afternoon with each other. In LehmanBrown, we always strive to create a friendly and relaxed working environment for all of our employees.
