British Chamber of Commerce South West China joins forces with British Chamber of Commerce in China and China-Britain Business Council

The British Chamber of Commerce South West China has merged with the British Chamber of Commerce in China and the China-Britain Business Council. Through unifying these 3 powerful organisations, UK business interests in China will be able to benefit from a more powerful voice and much more effective representation when lobbying on key business issues, an extended network of over 1000 members and access to resources across more territories.

Russell Brown, Managing Partner of LehmanBrown and Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce in China, said: “The British Chamber in South West China has been cooperating with the British Chamber in Beijing for a few years now in establishing and building stronger business links between the UK and China, and in providing support to members. It is excellent that both organisations will now become one, with membership in the South West extending to BritCham Beijing and all CBBC offices in China and in the UK and vice versa, so deepening the assistance that we can all provide to members.”
