LehmanBrown International Accountants in association with AustCham and ServCorp held an event on the Australian property market on Tuesday 14th July 2015. In this Seminar we discussed the current property market, trends and analysis as well as an overview of the Tax and Legal considerations for individuals and corporations investing in Australian property.

The event was kicked off by Kiran Patel, Marketing & Communications Director at LehmanBrown, who gave an interesting overview of the currently booming property market in Australia. Following that David Pritchard, Partner at ESV Accounting & Business Advisors, spoke via a webinar from Australia on the tax issues when it comes to buying, selling and renting property. To close, Tom Luckock, Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright gave an insight into the legal environment and legal issues to think about when investing in Australia.

Among the attendees were senior members of real estate, and property development firms, looking for further guidance in investing in the Australian property market. The event was a very informative two hours giving a great insight for all who attended.
