The seminar aims to review the Interim Measurers for the Participation in Social Insurance of Foreigners Employed in China recently announced by The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People’s Republic of China. It also aims to provide an update on planning for Individual Income Taxation for expatriates, taking these into account.
