Mr. Borys Priadko – Senior Manager, LehmanBrown
Borys is responsible for servicing clients and growing the business based on the following areas of specialization: audit service, taxation consulting, business service, finance & accounting service and special projects such as due diligence and company turnaround. He is a regular speaker at conferences and workshops organized by professional bodies, on a wide range of topics from merger and acquisition corporate taxation and turn around strategies. He quite often is appointed as interim manager to firefighter perform turnaround solutions for companies struggling to perform. With extensive experience gained over the past twenty years he is able to expand on the theory of various topics bring a down to earth and practical approach to many of the topics he is asked to speak on. Previously Borys has held positions as Financial Controller and General Manager in a wide range of industries. His experience has been gained via employment in multinational companies and single owner entrepreneurial organizations and the operation of his own consulting business for some years. He has serviced and worked in the ASIA region for the past twelve years and is familiar with the various aspects and challenges of the region. The past six years he has been based in China. With this valuable experience he is able to provide insights and solutions to your questions about doing business in China. Borys Priadko is a member of CPA Australia. He holds a degree in accounting and business finance and administration.

Ms. Carol Cheng – Senior Manager, LehmanBrown
Ms. Carol Cheng, New Zealander, Senior Manager, has over 14 years of accounting and auditing experience in New Zealand, Hong Kong and China. Prior to joining LehmanBrown, she was a senior manager in a large international accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers with over 10 years audit experience. She has sound financial and accounting knowledge in different industries such as retailing, manufacturing, trading and services, real estate agency, property management, freight forwarding, warehousing and engineering etc. In LehmanBrown, she is in charge of Outsourcing department, which provides accounting services from bookkeeping, accounts preparation, cashier function, payroll, office administration, including company policy and procedure manuals, assistance in budgeting, forecasting, cash management, to the provision of CFO services to clients. She has good experience and understanding of doing business in China with relevant regulation and tax laws. Ms Cheng is a Member of New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
