Mr. Dickson Leung, Hong Kong Chinese, one of the founding partner, and Senior Partner, has over 18 years of accounting and financial experience, the majority of which (over 14 years stationed in China) were spent with a large international accounting firm, Ernst and Young in China as a Senior manager and is intimately versed with the China taxation and accounting system.
