Must the contract of employment be completed in Chinese?

There are no specific stipulations in Chinese Law regarding the language of the contract, but it is advisable to create a bilingual document - one of the languages being Chinese; particularly as all contracts must be verified by the labour authority who require the contract to be in Chinese.
