How shall the enterprises pay the employee for the overtime work?

Enterprises extending working hours on a normal working day should pay workers for the overtime work, and the rate should not be lower than 150% of the worker's hourly wage stipulated in the labor contract. Enterprises requiring workers to work on their off days without compensation in terms of time off should pay for the overtime work at a rate not lower than 200% of the worker's daily or hourly wage. Overtime pay for statutory holidays should not be lower than 300% of the workers' daily or hourly wage.
