What are the forms and content financial statements in China?
Under the Accounting Laws, the Regulations on Financial Reporting of
Enterprises and the ASBE, financial statements or reports should comprise
a balance sheet, profit and loss accounts, cash flow statements, notes
to the accounts and a profit and loss appropriation account. The regulations
also cover classification of assets and liabilities in the balance sheet.
